Awful FNB Home Loan service

If you are thinking of taking out a home loan with FNB, do yourself a favour - DON'T. Particularly when closing a bond account - their service is awful and takes forever. This has been my experience on two separate occasions of late, the 2nd of which involved them having lost the original title deed. I mean... How on earth do you operate like this!!!
