Awful disrespectful service

FNB is slowly becoming the worst bank, I wrote a review on this platform last week Wednesday, they responded that my query was assigned to a consultant and i will be contacted between 24 to 48 hours to be surprise no one called till now. FNB does not care as a private clients account holder taking into consideration the bank charges I pay but to get this kind of service is really heartbreaking. this shows FNB's only interests is to run a business, make their profits but not care about us their clients
