Awful card dispute service

I have no joy l logged a card dispute in Oct 2023 on the app for a transection that went off till this day l am told it is escalated or it is in the wrong department. I went to the branch in Florida Goldman in Dec then only was l given a form and a ref *** l keep calling and l am sent from pillar to post no body seems to know what’s happening or which department this is in no work has been done on it no manager can take a call l am asked for proof of communication which l sent the service is horrific complaint ref is ***
