Awesome service, she wowed me!!!

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the amazing service I received from the above mentioned consultant at your Viking away branch this morning. My first point of contact was not as pleasant as I had hoped (the consultant who greeted me at the door was everything but welcoming and friendly, in fact I was at a point where I wanted to take my business else where) but I thought let me see how the second person I speak to will treat me and Faith was very profession and even when I offloaded my frustration of what had happened at the door, she calmed me down, acknowledged the error made by the other consultant then apologized, which I felt was really not her place to do so as she was not the one in the wrong but she felt I was wronged. She then promised to phone me back as soon as the my application was successful as I was rushing off to work and could not stay at the bank any longer and to my surprise she actually phoned me back....as promised. Wooooow!!!! How many times have I been promised a call back by customer care consultants who never bothered to honor that promise. I am completely BLOWN AWAY by her service.
