Awesome service provided

Went to FNB- festival mall yesterday to collect my business card. Git there and I was number 60 in there que,there were two people before me. As I observed. The Lady called Boitumelo Mpitso called number 58 then assisted them,then the next person went to her and she gladly assisted that person. She got up,went to the back and still managed to call me while the other consultants were busy with the same people they assisted. One thing that I've picked up about Boitumelo was that she was really helpful and friendly.When I went to sit with her she greeted me with a smile through that mask and her she was polite and even told me the bank was not done activating my account. I told her there was a confusing form that needed to be filled in and sent back so she offers to have it sent to her mail,printed out and filled in so she could have that sent to the relevant mailbox.she did that with patience and swiftly. She then offered and extra service which I completely forgotten about till she mentioned it, assisted ne with loading my app and activating it. Her patience and friendly service blew me away and she took her time to explain how everything worked.Boitumelo is the most helpful,efficient consultant in that branch according to what I've observed and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work and friendly service. In such tough times we need people like her as service providers to keep smiles on clients faces.
