Awesome service from Mbusokazi at FNB Phoenix Plaza

I'd like to thank Mbusokazi Khumalo from FNB Phoenix plaza branch for her patience and excellent service when i visited the branch i was very frustrated and could not access the money in my account but she handled my query very well and made sure i left happy.
