AWESOME SERVICE FROM FNB MAIN ROAD SOMERSET WEST !

I moved to Somerset West a week ago. I felt comfortable about the relocation as I always thought it is mostly a well run little City✳︎ In my careful confusion, i left from the ATM without my card and discovered it 2 days later. I went into the bank yesterday. The Consultant, who was attending to customers at the outside ATM area, came up to me, I explained, she said she did notice me, came looking for me outside or in the street when they discovered the card, gave it to the manager, expecting me back for it. I had no stress, no card replacement, no fees.. THANK YOU !! AWESOME ! I am a RETIRED people's person, I know GREAT Customer Service! WELL DONE TO FNB SOMERSET WEST ! YOU ARE LEADING BY EXAMPLE.
