Awesome Service FNB Brackenfell

I called on the Brackenfell branch this morning and spoke to Wesley (Consultant), Antoinette (Consultant) and Chantelle van Staden (Branch Manager) around my eBucks, Last Will & Testament and my spouses pricing option. I didn't understand certain conditions. I was absolutely blown away by his intimate knowledge, how to progress to the different levels, the conditional criteria, etc. He was patient, undertstood my account specific criteria and could navigate through the various screens with ease. Thank you Wesley for your great assistance this morning!! I honestly prefer doing my banking online, but sometimes a face-to-Face experience is good. What great ambassadors Wesley, Antoinette & Chantelle are!!
