Awesome service

I am currently out of the country and I was hoping for a seemless service from the country’s leading digital bank but nope.. took a host of agents to fail at a simple task over and over until today . Literally 3 minutes later, the consultant Lerato Mafaralala, I didn’t even have to explain a lot .. she just went into the system, told me what’s what and what I needed , she said sharp.. request logged . Check in , in 24 hours.. I was really pleased with her service and I just want to shout my gratitude and for easing my frustration.
