Awesome Service @ FNB East Rand Mall
My husband and I were running late to the bank on Saturday needing bank statements to be stamped. We ran into the bank at 12:45pm knowing that the bank was going to close at 1pm. The staff was absolutely amazing didn't rush us out and graciously helped us even though we were in the bank past closing time. Thank you to the FNB staff at East Rand Mall, you guys are great it was so refreshing to experience such great customer service. Keep up the great work!
