Awesome service

Currently with Std Bank who according to me is not giving me the best of service. So I decided to do an online application via FNB's site.....Received a call about an hour after that from an agent who's name i cant pronounce but gladly said that i can call her Zama and what an awesome feeling it was to be assisted by her. I don't even have words, seriously. I didn't take the deal with her coz if I would then it would impact my credit record. OMGoodness, she even confirmed this info to be sure. This gave me the impression that its not just about the sale but also from a human factor's point of view as well and more importantly caring about the customer. She advised that I can do another rating after 30 days again then it won't have an impact on my record. I feel like I can pack my bags and go to FNB tomorrow, just because of this amazing service that does not exist in today's day and age. I honestly consider VERY strong to join you guys, very soon. I'm looking forward to more such service. Well done Zama.
