Awesome service
Main Street Joburg. I came a month ago, i wanted to close my fnb account cause of the attitude i experienced on their branch in greenstone. However this young man convienced me to stay, and asked how best can he help. I was not interested at all, by hey the guy was so friendly, family type of chat. His name was Moclaren, i think on customer services, brand image he is the awesome!
