I went in to make a loan, Nomsa was soooo friendly and so willing to help me, she helped me with in minutes, she gave me all my options and explained everything to me clearly, she did everything from faxing the papers to making sure everything has gone thru correctly i received an sms telling me i need to fax the papers she then faxed everything threw again and made sure they received it, she then also changed my address and ordered me a new card. while smiling and making sure i have everything i need. She emailed me all the papers as well as gave me hard copies of the loan. The whole FNB in Glen marais's staff was truly friendly when you walk in you get a warm welcome and they make sure you get the relevant help and as fast as they can help you. Awesome branch im so impressed. You don't wait long and their system works perfectly with the numbers as i have been to places where the number system does not work as good as it should but here everyone follows the numbers and the people who forget to get a number then gets a number from the personell and they then get helped accordingly! Nomsa keep up the great work you made my day with your super service.
