<p>After a confusing episode involving ewallet and some errorness ways on the part of other consultants. Valencia from the FNB call centre was friendly and went out of her way many time. She took our call during tea time and lunch times and often returned my calls and truly has just being outstanding during the whole process. She is a champion that deseverves to be on the frontline of FNBs customer service. Thank you so much Valencia! Well done FNB on having staff like her. </p>
