Awesome Service!!!

<p>After discovering I had a problem with my FNB account on the 22nd of September 2016, I went to 2 branches the next day, spend almost a whole day at these branches to try to sort out the matter but still was not resolved. So I decide to to to The Promenande Branch in Mitchells Plain since it was close to where I work. What a wonderful experience I had!! I was served by Laeeqah Mohammed. Her service was in one word : excellent. Not only was she very helpful but she was alos very friendly and very eager to help me solved my problem.. which she did. After my experience on Friday I lost all my trust in FNB but it was regained after being served by Laeeqah. So , a great thank you to Laeeqag for her friendliness, great personality and willingness to help. Also, a big thank you to Samantha Witbooi for your sympathetic ear and your friendliness. It is guys like you 2 that gives FNB a good name. Keep up the excellent wor****!</p>
