Awesome ladies from FNB

I’ve had a nightmare with FNB since the 22/03/2024. From constantly being passed from pillar to post, transferred to the incorrect departments, put on hold, calls not answered, given the wrong advice yet this story has a silver lining. There are two ladies I would like to commend for their awesome service, going above & beyond, continuously kept their promise & made an effort to stay in touch. Firstly to Carol Mathebula, who did something so small and it made a huge difference. You tried your best to assist me, although it was not your mandate. I started off very frustrated and yet you stayed calm eventually calming me down. We got cut off when you were asking for assistance from your team leader and I thought, here we go again….. Surprisingly you actually called me back. It’s what should happen but you were the ONLY one through my frustration up until last week who assisted me. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your brilliant customer service, kindness and assistance ❤️

Lastly to Khuli Makhonza. I called in again on the 18/04 and after being transferred about 5 times, I ended up at yourself. You understood the frustration I was experiencing and promised me you would come back to me. I wasn’t going to hold my breath. Surprisingly, true to your word, you called me that evening at 18h30 and assured me you would come back to me. I must add that this was way over your shift should have ended. My faith was slowly being restored in FNB. Khuli, you kept me in the loop the entire time. You called me when you said you would. You continuously followed up on my behalf and until my issue was resolved, you held my hand the entire way. Again this was out of your mandate yet you went above and beyond ❤️

I know I’ve been very scathing on this platform but I must give credit where credit is due.

FNB, many of your staff members can learn from these two ladies about customer service and their commitment to the brand. My wish for you is that management sees your outstanding value and that you are both successful in your career. My wish is that management allows you to grow & prosper and realize what an asset you are to the brand.
