Awesome job FNB Brackenfell

I went to Brackenfell Branch and was assisted by Gemelle (Team Leader) with a query that 2 other branches couldn't assist me with. She was very professional, and took me through a process of being set up as a secondary user on somebody's account with absolute ease. What impressed me most was that this is not something she would do every day, and yet she knew the process perfectly. She is a MASSIVE asset to FNB and a GREAT ambassador.
