Awesome Customer Service Experience

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Ms Zanele Mthimkhulu from FNB Woodmead branch for a phenomenal customer service experience. She made it easy for me to connect with me and made sure I understood what product I was taking up. Even, with load shedding she made sure she called me back when I was at home to finish off my application. She was awesome. I am a happy FNB customer because of her extraordinary service.
