thank you fnb for employing an individual such as Mr Reuben,<br> i was on the phone with him for some time, not once did he loose his cool and be rude (like many other call centre agents) he took his time and explained what i needed to know in detail.<br> i was really impressed about his knowlege on his field and eagerness to help me.<br> thanks again Mr reuben (and fnb as well)
