Awesome Branch Experience!

Had a wonderful experience from Nosidumo at the clear water FNB branch. I was applying for a student loan for my sister, and just came from a very traumatising experience at Standard Bank, that took weeks on end. From the start Nosidumo was very pro-active and willing to assist with anything. I didn't have to beg for feedback or follow ups. She even went to the extreme of allowing me to contact her on WhatsApp if I needed anything. All cc'd comms to her, were treated with urgency. It's nice to see that some customer service is still of quality in the banking industry.
