award winning banking app that does not work - and a call center that does not take calls, disappointing

I am hold for FNB loan for 30min now and this is the 3rd attempt. How can this be so difficult? yes I can try on line but apparently this is offline and I think it was offline yesterday as well, What is he point of telling me that you have an award will banking app if it doesn't work.

I have been banking with FNB fr a long as i can remember. This is disappointing

All I want is an update on the progress of the application, seems like I am going need a home loan to pay for this phone call.
