Award wing bad service - FNB joke
After my post of last week, FNB did contact me. I was assured that my query would be attended too. To date nothing. No follow up. Why must I keep on begging FNB for efficient service. FNB was supposed to release my Home loan funds after I ve paid off my Home Loan on the 10 th of December. This is after the 40 dae holding period. So after you pay off you Home Loan, Settled to R0.00. They still want to keep your money for 40 daes. This 40 daes has lapsed on the 11 of December. I m still waiting. FNB, what a joke!!!!
