Award for stupidity goes to FNB

Open a new spousal account, the cheque card is couriered to your house. There is no pin, only a QR code. To read the QR code you need the FNB APP or internet banking. To get internet banking or the app, you need a card and pin. To activate your card at the ATM you need a pin. To activate internet banking, you need a pin. To activate the app, you need a pin. How the hell are you supposed to get the pin????

I have no pleasant words for FNB, this is dumber than dumb!!!!!

What is the point of the card being couriered to your home if you cannot use it for anything and you still have to go into a branch to activate it????
