Awaiting response

Hello my name is Ntando, I had sent an email twice asking to be assisted in closing my mothers late estate account. I have been informed to write down a formal letter. I wrote the letter and sent it, including the signature that was required. I haven’t had communication from the Estate’s department as to whether my request was received and is successful or not.
