Awaiting funds to reflect from debit order dispute

I'm still waiting for my debit order that was reversed to reflect in my account! Also,why can't we reverse our debut orders anymore from the APP or anywhere else? Do we have shares in our salaries now with fnb? I'm truly annoyed
