Awaiting feedback of an approved Card Machine since 13 Oct 2022 from FNB Business

On 13 Oct 2022 my card machine application was approved by FNB business, I'm still waiting for delivery details from FNB. I've been calling and calling and just don't through on the customer service line. This morning I've spent R200 in Airtime holding on to speak to someone in the escalations dept. I'm grossly disappointed in the service rendered by FNB Business.
