Awaiting call back for a week

Hi, I am still awaiting a call back from FNB on a consolidation loan.I started the application online and saved it to continue later. Then when I tried to recall it it says I have to call the call center. I have called three times and am now very angry as the last guy yesterday said he was going to call me back as all my airtime was used up being put through and holding for the next agent. Still no one has called me back. He said he had to go and retrieve my application but where is he then now? Gone????
