Awaiting bank card

i have app**** for a card with fnb on the 24th of July, I was told that it will be delivered in five days. the level of poor service i am recieving from FNb is amazing as I I ddnt expect a big bank that claims how can we help fails to help me and deliver such poor services to the public. I have written a complain to their client care but it seems they just don't care. I am cruelly disappointed with this bank that claims to be bigger but fails to serve the customers right.
