Awaiting a Refund for 8 Days And Team Leaders Doesn't Call Or Care
Good Day,
I have called FNB Loans on the 29th June about a debit order that was debited two times on my account, The refund is taking more than 8 business days by now after several phone calls and no assistance at FNB Somerset Mall. I have been asking for a team leader to call me concerning this matter for 2 days,and have not received a single call If this refund as per contract is not done by the end of business day today 2019/07/10, this loan will not be paid again.
