AVOID THE FNB ESTATE LATE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS

Dealing with the FNB Estate Late Department over the past 8 years as an Executor since the passing of my late mother has been one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life.

I can only recommend others who are trying to resolve Estate Late matters to avoid this bank and its confounded Estate Department at all costs.

The impression I have had is that they are most unbusinesslike, fail to respond to emails, or if they do, they fail to read the email properly in the first place so you get an inappropriate answer.

Thank you FNB. This is the reason why I would NEVER lodge my Last Will and Testament with you, nor open any Estate Late account with you an as Executor.
