Avoid porting you number to FNB if you have not done so already

The nertwork is a nightmare and they will lock you to a 60 days waiting period if you want to port out. The frustration will continue if you try to port out when the 60 days waiting period expires. It IS EXACTLY A WEEK NOW AFTER THE 60 DAYS HAS EXPIRED AND I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO PORT OUT. THE CONSULTANTS HAVE BEEN UNHELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO WAIT FOR THE PORTING UNIT TO RESPOND. In the meatime I'm missing important phone calls because the nertwork is forerver unavailable. I regret the day I gave fnb cvonnect a chance. Nie meer.

I still have not been assisted. FNB connect port out is a nightmare. Poor network and *********** call centre agents.
