AVOID NAV CAR from FNB - it's NOT WORKING

I've struggled since the end of September to get my car licence renewed through the NAV CAR portal on the FNB app. Finally, at the end of October, I got in contact with Road Protect that supposedly handles this for FNB. It is the 13th of December today, 3 months after I have app**** to them to renew my licence for me and now they're going to refund me because they "can't do it". They're giving me R150 extra for the "inconvenience". Now I have to courier my documents to the Western Cape where my car is registered to get someone else to do it for me, seeing as I am in the Western Cape. Here's a hot tip. Rather pay someone that you know to go and do your licence for you if you can't, because FNB/Road Protect is incapable. And they charge you a **** ton of money too.
