Avoid FNB's Tax-Free Share Account

Poor service is cancer in South Africa. I thought FNB is the best bank and has the best products and services, especially that Tax-Free Share Account. I think I am changing my mind and instead would warn the public to stay away from the FNB so-called Tax-Free Share Account. This product is a mess. I am currently being sent from pillar to post just to withdraw the money or close the account. None will come and help you. I mean a simple courtesy call on how to close or withdraw the money, and their call centre make matters worse by its long wait and drop calls. I feel really bad here about this kind of service from FNB. I am helpless right now. Since even the Ombudsman and consumer council will not assist in this regard.
