Avoid FNB Personal Loans at all cost, a nightmare!!!

I have 3 personal loans with FNB, which I managed well until I lost my job mid 2024. 1. There's a charge on each of the loans for income protection, but even after I advised FNB that I was unemployed, these policies were never used to cover the gap. Instead I was advised to request a payment break, which was declined. 2. I then made payment arrangements, which at the time was difficult to manage but I tried my best considering that I had no income. 3. In the process FNB handed over one of my accounts with no notification whatsoever, making it almost impossible for me to secure another employment. 4. I then finally got a new job and made suitable arrangements with the bank, which I have honoured. 5. This morning I woke up to another account being handed over to Daly, upon contacting FNB I was told to make payment arrangement (which was already in place). 6. Have now today been connected to 3 *********** advisors in the loan department. Leaving me no option but to post my concern here.

Please can you retract my account from Daly, since I have made a payment arrangement with FNB for the 31st.
