AVOID FNB KEYWEST BRANCH

FNB Keywest Branch needs to get its act together. This requires a negative 5-star review. An incident occurred yesterday at the branch in which a formal complaint was made and now I have received two phone calls claiming "to help" sort out and understand what was it that occurred. After explaining what had happened and the rude and *********** service that we received, FNB dared to turn around and try to pin the blame on us. This is despicable that the customer service was not even there and the treatment we received when this was addressed this, the staff members are the ones being protected and our side of the event is not even being looked at. After this, I am at the point of looking for a new bank to move all of my accounts to if this is how a minor issue is dealt with and the customer is treated as a piece of garbage.
