Avoid FNB
I have spent six weeks and four trips to the bank to pick up my replacement card from Florida Road FNB branch. So far have encountered only bumbling incompetence and arrogance. The only exception was the manageress but unfortunately she went on leave. Please deliver my card to my house like every other bank I know or destroy it and close my business account.
