Avoid FNB!!!

Been almost a month FNB not getting back to me, after blocking my account yet they still charge me private clients account fees every month!!!! I reported not on here not long ago someone called but vanished left countless emails and there was no response, the person who reported the matter also dropped emails to withdraw the case and made phone calls still no one picked up , we then got an automated email stating that the one assisting was now on leave but left alternative emails for assistance.. we still sent emails and copied them on the emails but NO RESPONSE!!
