AVOID AT ALL COST

I am now disgusted on FnB as a whole. For years we are trying to get my uncles estate finalized and we are just being messed around. Nahwaal Ebrahim has just been rude and extremely unprofessional. My mom and dad are getting very old and need this matter to be urgently finalized. They have given up but I want this to end before they pass. Just asking for an update is too much. No reply what so ever and promises are ignored. Luckily I have a paper trail to prove that they are ****s. If advise to stay away from FNB completely.
