Avoid At all Cost

Complete lack of any type of interest in tending to your claim but quick to take your money. I have been dealing with Simone and her her "team leader" Thomas regarding a claim for my vehicle. Apparently my claim doesn't qualify when i have provided proof by their very own definition. All of a sudden I no longer get email responses from Simone and I'm not sure that the team leader is an actual person. Seems FNB treats clients that put millions through their business accounts like second rate trash
