Avis stole my money from FNB and neither co is helping me retrieve my money

Avis car rental Wynberg charged me in full to pay for a full month. I used my FNB debit card. Despite the fact that the money is placed on hold as ' pending'....One morning I woke up, ... Avis helped themselves to the full.amount too by clearing my bank acc and other moneys (R5800) are still.-'pending' ...on hold! ... Why did they just help themselves to my money... i phoned Avis, they said it happened from their HO. They gave me an 086 no which couldnt be reached as nobody picks up any calls. I phoned Avis several times to ask them to return my money, they say ' the money should be reversed by FNB within 48 hrs. Im waiting 14 days since my complaint... ? I dont know if this complaint should be about FNB or Avis car rental?... but all I know is, FNB KC service sucks as well as Avis Wynberg. I want my money back! I sent emails to FNB debitcarddisputes 7 times!!! No response! I went in personally to FNB since the very first day that Avis 'grabbed my money' out of my bank acc, they said they can't reverse it. Avis blames FNB??. The FNB dispute dept never comes back to you, so why did I send the form to them with my proof of payment from Avis? So, since 14th July I have had this problem and I am still waiting on my MONEY to be reversed into my bank acc? Why are they so quick to take a person's money and not quick to give it back? And how come FNB is not cooperative? The branch manager at KC suggested I phone debitcardauthorisations? ...as she can't do anything for me?... other than telling me to pull.my face mask over my nose!? I have already sent FNB CARD DISPUTES 5 emails and no joy?? Avis says their hands are tied and blames FNB. FNB takes between 7 - 14 days to reverse a payment plus there's over R5k pending for Avis? I would like my R5800 which is pending for Avis, reversed and back in my acc by tomorrow please as Avis has already grabbed cash and now I feel that the car is also heavy on fuel ? Probably because their service is no good. This is unacceptable . I feel its some type of *****!!
