So i get an SMS to say i won Free Tickets to watch the Avengers Movie on the 04.05.19.

I call the support number that was provided on the SMS, and the number goes to voicemail?

I then phone the contact center, and no-one knows about the promo? I get transferred from agent to agent!

So what is this a ****?
