Available for all your needs, 24/7?

In their advertising material (online and radio), much is made of "A team of bankers is available for all your needs, 24/7". But I want to know what that actually MEANS. I have contacted my "team" a couple of times over the last couple of months, but from experience I can attest that, although they might be available, they're definitely not working 24/7! You can write an email any time of day, but still only get "expect a response within 1 business day", according to the automated response. So why advertise their so-called availability 24/7?

A consultant called to follow up as promised in the official business reply. His response: the 24/7-promise only refers to calls to the Premier Banking Suite but not to emails. Ha! It doesn't state that anywhere on their website. Furthermore, when I wrote the email to my "team of bankers" yesterday, the automatic reply I received (with reference number) stated that they would reply within one business day (another empty promise). That deadline was also missed more than 2 hours ago...
So, where does that leave the client? In short, lots of promises, all broken...
