Available balance and pending payments
I am not happy with how FNB is managing its accounts. It frustrating because I don't even get to know where I am in terms of spending. Some pendings take up to 2 weeks to be cleared. At time I would swipe and the amount left will still be the same as the one that reflected even before I swiped and It wont even show under pending. I always end up having such a huuuuge overdraft because of this. I cant even tell if I am being ****** or what. Its annoying because they promised to make banking easier for us but it is not the case. I am so frustrated by this that I am even considering changing banks.

26 Aug 2021, 05:54I Recieved a call from a really nice lady who tried to explain but still didn't make much sense. She advised that I focus on the "balance after upcoming payments" as its the most accurate. I tried but it's worse!!!! Yesterday it was showing a balance of about 6k. This morning I checked again and it reflected an ammount of negave 4k and I just sent two amounts which were about 4k. Now it's reflecting as 18k. What the heck? How is this supposed to help me? It's worse!!! I'm even more frustrated than I was yesterday.
