Available balance a blatant lie
Hi
I would like to understand how FNB communicate to their customers as to how much money they have left or available in their account....
When using online banking or banking app there is a balance and available balance... When purchasing for example petrol of R100 that amount should immediately reflect on the available balance.... I have noticed with some transactions the amount only reflects after few days...
So how am I supposed to know how much i have available to me? Because that available balance is basically not what is available to me at that moment.. i just dont get it?? Someone needs to explain this... Thanks
