Autobank swallowed cash

Deposited money at the autobank but something went wrong and the deposit dint go through and the autobank also didnt give back the cash. Went inside and filled out a form. next time was helped by Tersia and they found the transaction. Still took the autobank company more than a week to deposit the money. I am not a FNB client but Tesia and André at the Pta North branch walked the extra mile. Thanks
