Auto hold on account for no reason.
Been on the phone with you guys for 25 minutes and keep getting transferred to various departments. It took me almost half an hour to get from premier banking to the relevant department who finally told me why my debit orders are not being honored by FNB resulting in my medical being suspended, insurance almost lapsing and car payments not being paid. As per Bridgette from KYC personal it was an automatic hold. This took 31 minutes and 54 seconds to resolve. I am shocked with this service and just recently moved to your bank due to my previous banking institution being *********** and this is what I get? Please pull your socks up as I was expecting better service from the company dealing with my money.

13 Feb 2019, 12:52I would like to add to this that FNB has contacted me and in the correspondence they acknowledged the fact that they are working on the processes that would eliminate such issues for new and existing users. Pity that we had to use a complaint as the channel that initiated such a process review but it is welcoming to know that the end result will alleviate frustration for customers in the near future. Well done FNB!
