Authorized debit order

Fnb, please rectify this. ? You still went and debit and credit the wrong account and again debited wrong account without arrangement in place. Who must pay for all the interest accumulated? And for bounced debit orders. I went on the fnb app to make an arrangement and still that function is not working. Fix this please so I can start making payment toward my account which is in arrears and reflecting badly on my credit record
