Authorization Hold takes forever

Authorization hold was made on my account February 15 buy Avis Car Rental but it's not yet released even now. Avis is now debiting my account while FNB have not released the hold. It was suppose to take 30 days maximum.

I have contacted FNB and I was advised to dispute payment; I did just that but still. Contacted Avis which I think they also contacted FNB, but still even today. I am angry at FNB.
