Authorization Agents rude

I am having the worse disgusting serving from FNB.

I hired a car from bluu car rental that they refunded the money days ago.

I chart with Lebogang on secure chart on my app would gives me a good serving and refers me to authorizations and gives me ***.

I called authorazations and talk to Thembelihle Ntshingila who is very passive aggressive and rude and tells me the rental needs to send an email for funds.

She does not even look at the transactions I am talking about she j=is just plain dismissive.

What a disgusting agent.
