Authentication on App or OTP Useless against *****sters

My debit card was compromised and had 3 transaction go off for R74000.00. I immediately (on app, on SMS and ***** Hotline) let FNB know that the transactions were unauthorised. FNB will not refund because my card was compromised. Surely the fact that you informed them within minutes that it was ***** they can stop the payment. I was always under the impression that there is insurance on this situation. FNB should offer insurance for situations like this. Furthermore, what is the point of having the authentication/OTP process when the ******* are so nifty that they can by pass this process. I did not accept the authentication or forward the OTP on these transactions.
